  • What if my item arrived broken?

    I pack all items to survive the journey to your home. I want you to enjoy them! However, if you receive a broken item on arrival here is what you can do:

    Take a photo of the broken pieces inside the packaging.

    Use the contact form below to reach out and expect an email back requesting the photographs

    After that I will work with you to make sure you are satisfied, whether that is with a replacement piece or credit toward your next purchase!

  • Can I put my items in the dishwasher or microwave?

    Yes, though hand washing is preferred as it limits long term wear and tear. If you decide to machine wash, taking care during loading and unloading is of the utmost importance. Regular dinner ware and mugs can go into the microwave, though it may diminish the finish of the glaze. Do not overheat. Your items will serve you with as much love and care as they receive.

  • I don't see an item or combination I want, can I request a custom order?

    Yes! Request a custom order here and I will let you know if it is something I can create, a price, and estimated time for production.

  • Are your items food safe?

    Yes! All clay, glazes, and mug toppers are non-toxic and safe for all food uses, unless otherwise specified on the item description.

  • Do you take wholesale requests?

  • An item I've had for quite a while has broken, may I have a replacement?

    Each piece is designed to be as durable as possible. However, ceramics can be delicate by nature. For this reason, I will not replace items broken due to aggressive use or neglect. Your items will serve you with as much love and care as they receive. If you feel my product did not perform as reasonably expected, feel free to contact me below.
